i have a running server i need to configure load balancing Feature

i already followed this article https://tsplus.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=4415
but it didn't work

could you tell me the steps

as i understood from the article i have to enable the load balancing and add new server in the load balancing section

do i have to complete the rest Load Balancing using a Connection Client ???
