Reinstalling TS-Plus

Hi,

My Server crashed 3 days ago due to a hardware failure and I have replaced my server with a new one.

I have now reinstalled TS-PLUS but I cannot obtain a license file or activate the software.

I gave my previous Order Number, Email and Serial number. But it says that Process failed.

Please help urgently as we cannot proceed with our daily operations.

To generate your license file, we need to receive from you the following informations:

- Serial Number of your new TSplus installation located in the "License" tile of the Admintool.
Serial number shown on screenshots are sometimes difficult to read, please do not attach a screenshot to this ticket to avoid creating a license with the wrong serial number.
- Purchase order of your original license, so that we can identify the edition of TSplus and the number of users you purchased.
- Purchase order of your subscription to support, because rehosting a license is one of the features of the Support and Update Services.
