I'm one of the first customers 2009 who bought this program, now has gone from Windows 10 and has become a disaster to work with

Have installed everything and always run from the web portal when I want to show my programs, all programs get up well in the webportal everything works fast and good, but when you press a program, just the desktop comes up and not even the program, but sometimes it can happen , just want the program to come up and not the desktop, have tried different modes where you assign programs but do not work, someone who has this problem under windows 10`?

I had the same problem on windows 7. finally the culprit was antivirus .
need to make sure that the tsplus folders are excluded from antivirus
