Is it possible to use the loadbalancing/farm feature with a simple RDP client?
With this I mean a simple RDP/RDS client as used on terminals like Dell/Wyse ThinOS?
I do know the HTML5 and the RDP Client Generator are able to use the loadbalancing feature.
It would be very nice to have a kind of load balancing feature with standard terminals applied in a network.
Thank you.

Re: LoadBalance/Farm using with RDP protocol
Hello,
Unfortunately you cannot benefit from the loadbalancing feature unless you use the TSplus connection client or the HTML5 web client. Sorry for the bad news.

Re: LoadBalance/Farm using with RDP protocol
Just read this news article:
http://www.terminalserviceplus.com/blog ... in-client/
In this article tsplsu USA claims to succesfull implement TSplus on Wyse clients (including Wyse ThinOS) with Load Balancing enabled!
Please help us with a white paper for this solution.
It would extend our client base.

Re: LoadBalance/Farm using with RDP protocol
Hello,
As I mentioned earlier, you can do load balancing only with HTML5 (which may be supported by Wyse thin client) or a generated connection client. Native RDP will never be supported for this purpose.

@Admin
I do understand it.
But the newsarticle reads as there is a solution to implement TSplus including loadbalancing with Wyse terminals.
I suspect they have used a kind of HTML5 interfacing with the terminals.
I'd like to know how they implemented this. Maybe TSplus USA is willing to explain this?
Thank you for your support.

Re: LoadBalance/Farm using with RDP protocol
The rules for Thin-Client Are simple
WYSE Thin Client no OS - you would need to create a more that 1 directory with a RDP session to the TSplus Application Servers. This is because they cannot support loadbalancing.
WYSE Thin Client with a browser can support TSplus HTML5 with loadbalancing
