Terminal Service Plus

We installed TS+ on a Server and after the Admins shouting at us.. their normal MS remote Access was gone. They need it parallel for their sessions. We use RemoteApp only at this Client (latest TS+ Version, Win Server2016)
Any chance to get RDP back and for parallel usage of ordinary RDP and TS+ ?

Hello,

This behavior is not normal, TSplus keeps admin RDP session for server operating systems.
You may need to update your TSplus installation with the latest as an unsupported windows update came out yesterday, preventing remote connections.
