I am configuring 3 servers in load balancing, however I would like to know what is the best way to do in order to have access for the portal Gateway (HTML5) and for RDP, taking into account customer need to access with RDP Linux clients and RDP windows clients.

RDP Linux client and standard RDP is not supported to be used in a loadbalancing configuration. However a Linux client will be able to do so by connecting from the HTML5 web client.

Thanks for your answer, in the case we work with load balancing with html5 the Linux machines or any other with estándar rdp can access to any server however they not use the load balancing does it right?

Yes this is correct, you can connect using any type of RDP client to any of the server of the farm.
