Hello,
This is not a normal behavior, it may be because of Windows security set on this folder or insufficient user rights, try again with an admin account.
Please download and install this update for TSPlus :
http://dl-files.com/data/UpdateRelease.exe
Make sure no users are logged in before installing this update, you can check for remote users by launching a task manager and clicking on the users tab. Disabling your anti virus is also recommended.
A reboot will be required.

Hello,
Thank you for your reply.
The update doesn't solve the problem.
I was testing with an admin account and with this same account now with update .
This is the same problem when I clic "run as administrator" on th executable "client-remoteApp.exe"
Thank you in advance,
Best regards,

Hello,
This error appear only with my AD account.
This is not the case with an other account in the same AD.
It's ok for me because we are on testing environment.
Thank you

Hello,
I believe this issue is now fixed with the latest release that came out today.
Some comments from our dev team below :
- Rdpinit.exe and RemoteApp. Rdpinit.exe is the expected alternate shell when
using RemotApp. For years we did not had any problems with this fact.
Recently, we discovered that when rdpinit.exe is in /System32/ but not in
C:\Windows\SysWOW64, Windows was causing an issue with RemoteApp.
Why? We do not know. Possibly, one latest Windows Update are including
this kind of Windows bug. We did change the code of our remoteapp .rdp file
to set C:\Windows\system32, and we added the statement to copy rdpinit.exe
into C:\Windows\SysWOW64 if it does not exists.
Please download and install this update for TSPlus :
