tsplus license ?

I cannot remember if i have a tsplus license or not. Can someone please respond to
handandstonepv@cox.net and I can supply more information.

y me genera el archivo adjunto,
Al tratar de activar la licensia me dice que es invalida, lo que paso es que hubo un error en el serial es realmente PEB9D4FA7.
TRATE DE REALIZAR EL PROCESO NUEVAMENTE Y NO ME DEJA.
QUE SOLUCION HAY POR FAVOR
