Hello to all

I have been testing with a couple of different installs (New and updates...)

But I cannot get it the new Free Certificate Manager proceed past domain?

The domain validation fails stating that error 805 occured. No internet, Port on 80, accessible from public internet. All are open and testing ok. Telnet checks out as well as admin tool. Ports are open for 443, 80, 3389...

I have been trying gdip.dynu.com, clloud.geedee.com.au, nas412.no-ip.info. Noe of these will take.

Has anyboy out there have a suggetion?

Many thanks to all in advance!
Sean

Hi,
I was wondering if there is a way to change the certificate or renew a new one with a new DNS name ? We are using our domain with CNames to point to the Azure domain and with CNAMES I am able to get the cert to work fine but the problem is management wants a different name so I need to renew or recreate the certificate for the new name.

That or is there a way to do 2 certs ?

Thanks
Gary

Hello,

This is a bit technical and is not possible through the GUI.
Please open a ticket by emailing us the new domain name as well as an admin access to your server at support@terminalserviceplus.com and we will do it manually for you.
