Removing Install (TSplis is already installed....)

Hi All

Can someone please assist.

Trend AV has smashed and killed installed. This truly has knobs on it!
This is a second experience with this type of issue. System restore does not help. Running UpdateRelease.exe as advise will not complete due to missing files.
There is no universal printer installed and no TSplus in control panel to remove.

Can someone please advise.

Many thanks to all in advance.
Sean

Hello,

I would recommend you to completely remove all TSplus remaining files : uninstall Univeral Printer, delete the "C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus" folder.
Reboot, then do a fresh TSplus installation using our setup available at http://dl-files.com/Setup-TSplus.exe

If you have any issue while doing this, please send us an admin access at support@terminalserviceplus.com and we will do our best to fix this issue!

Cheers Adrien

You advice regarding the additional JWTS reg key was the final key to remove and reinstall.

For future info I will leave step listed below....
================================================================
This is for failed installs / uninstalls.

Run Registry Editor
Find and delete all registry entries of the program in
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Terminal Service Plus\,
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Terminal Service Plus\ and
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Digital River\JWTS

Find and delete all files of the program in system folders
C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus
C:\wsession
C:\Program Files\Terminal Service Plus\,
C:\Document and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Terminal Service Plus\ and
C:\Documents and Settings\%USER%\Application Data\Terminal Service Plus\

*Install TSplus with UAC off and AntiVirus DISABLED to run the installer.

I hope this helps someone else.

ANTIVIRUS EXCLUSIONS

You might need to set an exclusion rule in your antivirus on the following path :
C:\Program Files (86)\TSPlus and
C:\wsession
On client side (Workstation) the exclusion is to be set the following path : C:\Users\Nameoftheuser\RDP6
