Drop Down Server List

I notice, and I am not sure where this option is, that in the login web page that there is a Drop Down Server List. I know that if I enable, "Generate a Gateway Portal enabled Web Page", I see this list. However, I am not able to select a different server. At one point I was able to.

how do I configure TSPlus to allow me to select a different server from the drop list to log into?

Hello,

Make sure you added all of the servers of your TSplus farm in the server management list and that these servers are correctly assigned to your users : http://www.terminalserviceplus.com/docs ... eway-users

Ok, I am not sure I am doing this correctly. I have added all servers that are running TSPlus to the Load Balancing option and assigned these servers to the user, but when I go to the TSPlus login page I am still not able to select a server that I want to log into. The drop down is there but I am not able to change it. Seems non-functional (see attachment).

Hello,

I do not reproduce this issue. Have you refreshed your client browser ? Server assignment are dynamic and changes are instant.
