Terminal Service Plus

I've installed TS Plus many years ago onto Win. XP OS server. Have 5 users and now I'd like to transfer TS Plus to different server that has WIN 7 OS
What is the best and easiest way to do this ?

Any help and inputs greatly appreciated.

You need to renew you annual subscription to our Support & Update service in order to be able to rehost a license on a new server : terminalserviceplus.com/support.php

Then simply open a support ticket here : tsplus.net/support/

and provide us with the following information :

- Serial Number located in the Admintool in the licensing tile.
- Purchase order of your original license.
- Purchase order of your annual support.

You should receive the activation program within the next 24 hours.
If you have not received your permanent license within a day, please verify your spam folder and send us a reminder mail with the above required information.

May I rehost license on new server without purchasing Support & Update Services ? Or is it THE only way ?

Yes, rehosting a TSplus license is a part of the annual subscription to Update & Support services.

The support services include our worldwide Ticket/Email support service, Forum access, license rehosting, FAQ and tutorial support.
The Update Services include the delivery of Update codes, the right to install and to use any new release, patch and updates.
The update code is requested once a year to be able to apply the Update Release patch. It is delivered by our support team on demand.

We are investing every day to enhance TSplus and to fix all known issues. So, we recommend all our customers to keep their TSplus installation updated.

Its a con really isn't it, if you already bought it once, the software should have a deactivate and transfer feature which the user can use. rather than forcing them to pay more.
It would be very easy to implement you just have TSplus check on-line if software with that license is running elsewhere, if it is then warn and shut down.

Sure it wouldn't be as profitable in the short term, but gaining some professional integrity would mean you will get more customers.

Developing such feature is harder than it sounds and if you read properly the details about our Support & Update service you will see that it is not a con.
Rehosting a license is a manual process done by our team and it is an extra service we provide to our customers so this is why we cannot provide this for free.
