I bought a license and when I tried to activate tells me that the licence.lic file is not valid. I opened a ticket and I'm waiting for the solution from the day 17/07

Hello,

Check your spam box, the support team always respond to support ticket within 24h. If you provide them with your purchase order and serial number located in the licensing tile of the admin tool they will be able to generate a new license file for you.
