Hy Support Team,

i have some Troubles to get the load balancing working.

We have 3 Servers with the release 8.20.5.10

Server1 IP: 10.10.0.20
Server2 IP: 10.10.0.21
Server3 IP: 10.10.0.22

Server1 should be the load balancer. So i fill in the IP adresses from the other Servers in the load balancing tab.

The Clients connect to Server1 with the MS RDP Tool. But each Client only connect to Server1.

What is wrong in my Installation? Your Manual is not so informative at this Point.

the generated Client also connect only to the first server

We are aware of this issue regarding load balancing and generated connection client. This will be fixed very soon, meantime I recommend you to use any other supported method using the gateway portal.
