Going from v5 to newest?

I've recently taken over managing a server with a v5 version of this installed on a 2008 server. It has a "WebAccess Edition" license. Is it okay to download the newest edition and use this license?

You are using WebAccess Edition, which is called Mobile Edition.

So technically I won't be able to update to the newest 8+ version. According to your website I can only update to 7.6?

To update to the latest release, you need to renew you annual support & service subscription using this link : terminalserviceplus.com/support.php
Your version of TSplus is now called "Mobile Edition".

I removed our old version, restarted, I installed the newest version on your downloads page, restarted, and opened it and tried to use the support.lic file I got from your website in the email we were given.

could you open a support ticket with the following information :

- purchase order of original license
- purchase order of support
- serial number

So that our staff can generate the appropriate license.lic / support.lic file.
