restore the Licence in case of contingency

hello TSplus
if the server where you have installed TSplus broke and can no longer access the hard drive, as I get the license? what documents need to give me a new one without cost?
what information I need backup to restore the license in case of any contingency?

Hello,

You can always save your license.lic file in case of server re installation. This file will remain valid if you reinstall your TSplus server on the same host and keep the same hostname. You can also save all of your TSplus settings following this procedure :

Open an admintool, click on the server tile tab, then click on locate "Backup your server parameters". everything is saved in a newly creater folder C:\Backupparam
You can now uninstall and reinstall TSplus on this server, and click on "Restore your server parameters" to restore everything.

Rehost an existing license on a different server is also possible if you subscribe to the annual support & update. In this case you need to open a support ticket with the following information so that we can generate a new license file for you :

- Serial Number located in the Admintool in the licensing tile.
- Purchase order of your original license.
