Hello, i am able to establish the ssh tunnel connection via putty to the tsplus server but what is the password? I also tried to konvert the pem file in the tsplus directory to a ppk private key file but in vain..

can somebody please help me establishing a ssh tunnel connection?

Hello,

TSplus already includes "out-of-the-box" a SSH tunnel
So you have nothing to do to use it.
The only setting is done in one click with the AdminTool.
In the SSH tunnel feature you just have to check "Alway use SSH Tunneling"
That's all.

The logon process will be a little bit longer because the tunnel opening process will be set up.
This eliminate the need to use Putty or any specific client.
