Terminal Service Plus

I'm into my last two days of my 14-day TSPLus trial and, not being a network admin, I know virtually nothing about setting up all of this DynDNS, TightVNC, and router stuff. I've tried, but keep running into unexplained things that bring me to a standstill. I can't even figure out which website I need to go to - TSPlus.org or TSPLus.net! I can't find any documentation on how to use the tile face administrator tool.

I installed my trial BEFORE knowing that I needed to setup TightVNC and DynDNS first, so my trial is wasting away!

I've seen all your videos and a lot of stuff is left out of things. There is too much assuming in the documentation and videos that I know what I'm doing - I do NOT, so a lot of essential info is left out.

Is there a TSPlus setup instructions for Dummies guide somewhere? I can't believe the amount of worthless dribble that is tried to be passed off as documentation.

I was hoping to be a reseller and setup a demo for my clients to show them how great it works (it's been set it up by other client IT department), but I can't even set it up myself!

Does anyone know of a program like TSPlus that is a lot easier to setup from scratch and get going on?

If you need to setup your server for an internal use, there is no need to set up any port redirection rule or dyndns.
I think the easiest way of showing you how TSplus works is to see this video first : docs.terminalserviceplus.com/video-tutorials#getting-started
Now regarding dyndns you will find a FAQ showing you how to do it here : tsplus.net/support/kb/faq.php?id=30

For router configuration since every router is different it is hard to show you how this is done... However usually all router can be configured easily by accessing them using a browser with the IP of the router. I attached a screenshot on how it should look. Hope that helps !

Is it true that TightVNC is required?

I have also found the install and config docs are impossible to follow. The management interface to tsplus seems to have changed to a tile ui and I can't find some of the primary AdminTOOL features. And there is a complete lack of anything like an overview. Clearly if someone knows a lot about tsplus, the guide would be meaningful, but there are so many important gaps for a new user that it's a basket case. I've written to support to get some additional input.
