Upgrading from 4.9.x to current

Can I run the updaterelease.exe when upgrading from 4.x to 6.x? Or do I have to install 5. releases first?

Hello,

Yes you can use the update release to upgrade from 4.x to latest.

Make sure no users are logged in before installing this update, you can check for remote users by launching a task manager and clicking on the users tab. Disabling your anti virus is also recommended.

A reboot will be required as well as a regeneration of your connection clients.
