Keycode after reinstall

Hello,
I purchased TSPlus 2011/08/16 and payed the renewal for my download contract last month.
The server's array died after hydro cut the power for maintenance to the building and I had to reinstall the SBS2011 server + tsplus but my keycode is not accepted when I try to activate.
Is there a procedure to get a new keycode or release the old tsplus keycode so that I can use it to re-activate tsplus?
