The HTML5 pages are not installed

I'm also getting this error on the Administration Console for Web. I've tried downloading the file above and it looks like it works, but the console isn't recognizing it.

Actually, after installed the file, things got worse. DO NOT TRY INSTALLING THAT FILE!

I had to go to a backup. After installing that file I got:
HTML page wrong version
html5.html=2.70?
JavaScript=v2.95

and then the page closed!!! :o
