I've installed v9.50.10.9 in demo mode. Everything seems fine but when I create a simple client and execute it iI get this
"Because of a protocol error detected at the client (code 0x1204), this session will be disconnected. Please try connecting to the remote computer again."
I keep trying but it never works. I can use the standard Remote Desktop Connection and log in fine. Anyone else have this issue?
Thank you,
Larry Sowards
protocol error
Re: protocol error
Hello,
This error can occur for multiple cause and is not easy to diagnose, it can occur if you are using multiple network adapter card. If that is the case, disable one and try again.

Re: protocol error
Thank you for your response, but that doesn't seem to be the cause in this case.

Re: protocol error
Hello,
Since this is a network error, try to disable as many unwanted services that may use network such as :
Skype
VPN
teamviewer / logmein or other remote support solution
network camera / audio streaming device
You can do this either in services.msc or msconfig.

Re: protocol error
Thank you for the additional information.
I've checked the server and the client but I don't find any of these items installed.
I am getting the Web access HTML5 setup, we'll see how that goes.
Thank you,
