There are many updates in a short time in the last months...
With nice new features.
I think a function that only restarts the TS-Plus Services would be fine.
There only a Button Restart for the whole Server.
That's not so fine for Server machines with local users...

Restarting the service may not always be enough, in some cases if the update was done while TSplus programs were being used, the update will complete itself upon reboot. However in most cases you are correct : restarting the service is enough.
The service to restart is "Application publishing service (APS)" and can be find easily in the admin tool / server tile / services.
