Ok, I need some help.
we recently purchased TSPlus and it doesn't seem to be working properly. I set up a DDNS server with NoIP.com with a host name of cdmremote.ddns.net I have the DUC client downloaded onto the computer we want to remote into. I have the port 33900 forwarded to the server computer.
However when I go to create a client to run on another computer it tells me it cant find the DDNS.net host. What am I doing wrong?
Setting up remote client
Re: Setting up remote client
Hello,
Can you ping your host from a remote location ? If not check that your DUC client is running with the correct credentials set in to allow synchronization to work properly.
Make sure your port redirection is not blocked by any firewalls (windows / router).
