Issues with Web Gateway feature in Trial version

Post by Evaluating » Fri Jan 24, 2014 5:49 pm

Using an XP system as TSPLus Web Access Gateway and have selected it's server role as such. I have assigned one TSLPlus Application server (windows 2003) to the XP's Web Gateway Server List. The Application server has been assigned to a generic testing user under the Web Gateway configuration. My environment does not use AD, just a workgroup. When the testing user logs into the Web Gateway IP via http, the logon options do not display a server selection below DOMAIN. The testing user account has identical credentials on both servers. Any thoughts?

Hello,

The reason you do not see your server is that you did not publish a gateway portal web page. This is done in the admin tool. click on web and launch the administrator tool kit. go to the preference tab and check the "generate a gateway portal" page, than click on publish.
