Terminal Service Plus

Hi, My Server crashed 3 days ago due to a hardware failure and I have replaced my server with a new one. I have now reinstalled TS-PLUS but I cannot obtain a license file or activate the software. I gave my previous Order Number, Email and Serial number. But it says that Process failed. Please help ...
