Hello,
We have a few sites getting this issue. When trying to run a program in remote app, it doesn't load full screen, it will only load the details tab. We are using the most recent version 12.40.7.29.
Any help to resolve this would be great.

Hello,
Did you find out how to fix this issue, we are getting the same issue on multiple sites. A reboot will correct it for a bit but then the issue will come back again.

We have loaded the update and rebooted the server, with no luck we are still getting the same issue.

One user on site when they try and login the application, floating panel or Desktop screen goes black and we unable to close it (unless we kill it from task manager).
