Mac
Previously we had MAC customers using Microsoft RDP connections to our windows server. We recently moved to TSPlus. How can these customers connect now? The HTML5 option works fine for them however they have USB footpedals which don't work in the web. What are my options?

Re: USB Foot Pedal
Thanks for the reply. USB redirector is what I opted for and works fine.

USB Foot Pedal
Is it possible to share a usb footpedal in the HTML5 connection? If not how can I share it in the regular TSPlus connection. In the past I have used USB redirector software, will this continue to be the case?

Direct File Download
Hi,
I recently installed TSPlus enterprise on my win 2012 server. Is it possible to make files available to download if I send the full url to the end user? and if so how can I do this? Do I need to install iis?
Apologise if this has been covered somewhere on here before.
