Re: Certificates Failed to Renew
Hi,
I have this issue on one of my systems, too.
I discovered (in the log files), that the systeme could not reach acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org.
After i did a ping acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org, letsencrypt was reachable again and i could renew the certificate manuelly.
Hope this helps.
Michael

Re: After server chrash, only 2 users can connect
I also tried this hint from another support ticket i found: https://support.tsplus.net/support/solutions/articles/44001230199-only-two-users-can-connect-at-the-same-time But the problem remains, only 2 users can connect. I opened a support ticket (#35560) and i hope, that someone from TSplus will wo...

Hi, we had a server crash and after reboot, TSplus allows only 2 users to connect to the Server. We tried to uninstall and reinstall TSplus, but the error remains. While installing, TSplus shows this Message: TSplus-Error-Message-Rotho-22052021.png We are using Windows Server 2019 for a long time on...

Re: All logged in users
With a little dev knowledge, you can realise this by yourself: 1. create a batch file query active users on a server and write the result into a .txt file: @echo off SET DATUM=%DATE:~6,4%-%DATE:~3,2%-%DATE:~0,2% SET ZEIT=%TIME:~0,2%-%TIME:~3,2%-%TIME:~6,2% query user > count-active-user-"%DATUM%-%ZE...
