I just unistalled TSPlus on one of my WIndows Server 2012 R2. After the reboot, my startmenu (you know the Windows 8 Style startmenu) is completly empty.

Can you check, wether your recent release 10.20.4.28 is doing something like this when uninstalling it?

surely i checked this on every system. All lights are green and all system are on 10.20.4.28.

It never happened before, only since this update. It does not happen with the webclient.

I tried this with different Users, mainly with Domain-Admins and local Admins.

After updating my systems to 10.20.4.28 i randomly get a popup after login saying "Access denied. Ask your Administrator". Then the session will be logged of.

Seems to be a bug in the new realease.

A quick solutiion whould be good.

I dont like the desision to integrate Sumatra PDF as portable app to display the printed pdf on the local client.

My customers whats to use their already installed pdf reader. Can you please make this selectable in the client generator?

It seems, that when printing via universal printer, the generated pdf also transfers a portable Sumatra app to the local pc and opens the tranfered pdf there. Is there a way to open the tranfered pdf in the already existing local pdf reader (lets say Foxit Reader) instead of this sumatra app? @TSPlu...
