Thanks for the tip, but it didnt make any difference. You are correct, this only is a problem in IE, but as that is our corporate standard and this will be used on very locked down desktops, Firefox or Chrome is not an option.

IE11 requires a triple mouse click

Hi, for some reason in IE 11 mouse clicking requires a triple click instead of a double click.
This has happened since installation (Dec2016) and I am on the latest version now and update and it's still happening.

And ideas?

Hi, thanks for the info, I logged into the http://demo.tsplus.net/ and can see a cursor in the apps. I installed the updaterelease.exe on one server and it resolved the issue.

Mouse does not display in IE11

Client: Windows 10 Server: 2016 with 9.70.12.25 Enterprise Edition Through HTML5 in IE11, the mouse pointer does not display.
