Terminal Service Plus

Im also having problems with the Universal printer. Its putting a Universal printer redirected (Number) on. I can stop it The redirected is working ok but the regular Universal printer is opening a separate PDF for each page in a single print making it a nightmare to print.

I messed up with serial key when I entered my licenses. I have a ticket in can someone help with this please. I have a customer waiting.
