thx for the reply, as you can see on the screenshot I've updated to the latest update release, i did clear all browsing history & cache using google chrome or firefox, the problem still attempt.

i have a server running 2012 R2 Standard. After updating to latest version, client cannot download files using "From Server to PC" button on HTML5 access, when click on the button it doesn't have any response. but i went into UserDesktop/Files mannually double click on webdownload, it works normally...
