Microsoft did it again!
After KB4034681 or KB4033428 only 2 users can connect to the Terminal Server!

KB4025336 has the same problem!
We have no Update Service.
What can we do?

Now we use a Linux tool that manage this for us.
The name of the tool is "PEN".
So now we can use the normal RDP Client from Windows and Linux
