Good to know that. Didn't know about this recommendation.
I will follow this step from now on.
Thanks.

Re: HTML5 version: "Error: folder not available, not yet logged"
Hi Olivier. Thanks for the reply. What version 9? And I haven't updated anything on this server for a long time now. Hi juwagn. Theories usually help too, you know? Anyway, messing with a production server requires some careful measures, I will see what we could do. Moreover, it is an intermittent issue, we might look at it and not see anything going on... that is when a "theory" could help investigate the case. S...

Hi juwagn.
Thanks for the reply.
And nope, there is no loadbalance in this case, it is a single server scenario.
Any other idea of what could be going on?
Best.
Ivan

Re: HTML5 version: "Error: folder not available, not yet logged"
Hi. We are facing this exactly same problem, however on a Windows Server 2012R2. It is intermittent, the user has to close the connection (HTML5 access) and enter back. It starts working again until it fails once more. Please, any word of advice on this would be very welcome. TSplus version 14.30.11...

Re: Manage web credentials outside of TSPlus Admin Tool
Hi Alan.
We also overwrite this file all the time.
You need to give Write permission to the user for the folder where the file is.
Cheers.
