Two instances

My clients are getting two instances of the program running using version 9.10.1.31 on Windows Server 2012 R2. This started yesterday. If they logon with RDC, there's only one instance of the program running (on the desktop); if they use the portable client, they get two. If they exit the program, b...

Re: RemoteApp on Windows 10

I installed the update release 9.10.1.29, rebooted the server (Windows 10 Pro) and regenerated a RemoteApp connection program. I deleted the RDP6 folder from the local computer. I'm still getting the blue background.

RemoteApp on Windows 10

I have TSplus 9.10.1.15 installed on a Windows 10 Pro computer. I've generated a portable client. But when I run it (from a local computer), there's a blue background hiding my local desktop. Re: Desktop color on Windows 10 is not seamless

Sorry, I didn't mean to confuse the problem using the word seamless.
I'm using RemoteApp, but I'm getting a green background now with Windows 10. (My Windows 8.1 computers aren't).
How can I make Windows 10 computers work like Windows 8.1 computers?
Thanks.

Desktop color on Windows 10 is not seamless

My Windows 10 users get a lime green backup. I'm using TSplus version 8.50.
