Have you setup the TSplus AdminTool > Server > Open URLs on client side?

Since it's working on all the other printers, and since the Universal Printer actually just creates a PDF, which is then printed on the printer, then it sounds like an issue with the driver on that Xerox. Check if there's a newer driver - otherwise try a different driver than the PS version, like PCL.

There have been issues with the new printer - continue to use version 1 for a month or two, and then test version 2 again.

Hi Benoit, Are you using the latest version of TSplus - 10.30.5.23 ? V1 is the old-style printer, which uses CutePDF. V2 is the new-style printer, which has had a few problems, but should be working now. You shouldn't be required to generate new clients, but it's recommended. You generate the client...

Where were your old RDP server hosted? If you're hosting the new TSplus at the same location, it shouldn't make much of a difference.
If users are on very limited connections, then it might be an idea to setup network QoS on their router, so RDP traffic gets priority over everything else.

Upgrade to 10.10.4.11, which probably fixes this from looking at the changelog.

I can't remember, but I think it's the setting in the bottom, which you need to change to "Windows style".
