So I did some button poking. Turns out if I hit the "Reset Web Server" after I make the changes (including upgrade) The system responds with the login screen. My question now is: why did the server not restart on it's own without the extra prod from me? I seem to have to do it whenever I change and ...

Thank you for the reply. Just to be clear the only update to the server was the TSPLUS 9.10 update (excluding the usual assortment of Microsoft updates) The server was running before the update with TSPLUSS 8.4 I have attached an image of the panel because I find it odd the setting is for the builti...

9.10 upgrade not what I expected

Hello/Help I ran the update executable and now my server claims it is running 9.10. Any attempt to login thru the web fails on a timeout. This server was previously running 8.4 and working. The server is a 2012 r2 and a IIS was setup and the internal server was disabled through web server management...

I am using TSPLUS 8.3, the server goes through IIS. I try to paste an image into a screen in the browser client and nothing happens. If I paste text it works fine.
