Also, if I turn off the firewall the client can connect successfully.

CLIENT CANNOT LOGIN TO ONE TSPLUS SERVER
I have one client who cannot connect to one of our 2 tsplus servers either with RDP or web. Client receives standard windows RDP cannot connect because... message. Last connection about 3 days ago, they have been connecting for about a year. All other clients from other location connect successfully...

Applied both the TSplus latest update and the Windows 10 1903 update. Both successful this time.

Yesterday evening I did a Windows 10 Recovery to uninstall 1903 and revert back to 1809. I re-installed TSP 12.30.5.9 and everything is now working correctly.
