Hi, I need to move my TSplus to a new server, so i extended the support (which cost me £80) then opened a ticket, how long does this take ? i've heard nothing back in 12+ hours ..

Its a con really isn't it, if you already bought it once, the software should have a deactivate and transfer feature which the user can use. rather than forcing them to pay more. It would be very easy to implement you just have TSplus check on-line if software with that license is running elsewhere,...

Should those processes run when it is set to use Windows shell on the session opening settings ?

Am I correct it's a sign the setting is being ignored if they are running ?

Hi, this problem has not been solved, I have updated TSplus, i've switched to using windows for sessions instead of tsplus, its the same. The only thing i haven't tried is installing the RDS role and switching to RDS mode under the license tab ? i wonder will this make any difference ? is it support...
