I had previously set up some applications a user, but now I can not find that user even though I gave a prudent time to load all users from a privilege...

Hi, I have running a trial license TSPlus on a Windows 2012 Server whitout windows terminal server licensing. But when connecting with any mode (html5, java and windows) the connection don't make successful.... show some part of the remote desktop but after 2 second the connection windows turn down ...
