I will like to find out if there is a way to install TSplus without adding the TSplus Icons on the user desktop and to programs list.

upgrade to 11.60.10.3 resolved the issue of asking for password again when using rdp
resolved both on windows 10 and windows 7 pro
windows 10 machine problem was a combination of router upnp ports and pending upgrades

most probably your update did not complete, I had the same issue due to the update which needed a reboot and the end user did not reboot.
do the latest update and reboot.

Resolved on windows 7 webedition by upgrading to 11.60.10.3
The RDP is working fine now from the wan side
on windows 10 it is still asking for the password on the wan side. ( i will check my router and post if i find any thing)

I have been able to resolve my issue, I am not sure the original poster has. I did the following. - Control panel- System - Remote -> checked the Network level authentication check box. - ran the system audit from the TSPLUS dash board - rebooted and the RDP is working. this is System edition tsplus...

Upgraded to 11.60.10.30 and now the windows 7 with tsplus is working fine
however the windows 10 is asking for the password again and again (using rdp) as this is the system edition .

the other workstation I have upgraded is working , however it took a while to connect first time with web

I have two TSPLUS systems in the troubled environment, one is the basic TSPLUS with remote desktop (win10), and the other one is windows 7 with TSPLUS WEB I use rdp when I am outside my office as well as my team. even with the new windows RDP client, we get the same error or invalid credentials and ...
