Hi, I am attempting to move TSPlus (10 user) from an old to new server. I emailed support and was told I had to purchase a new support contract in order to do this which I have done. I then provided all requested details to support and they sent me back a 3 user licence! Now nobody from support will...

Surely once the trial expires it should revert to standard MS remote desktop capabilities?
In fact older versions of Tsplus when installed on MS Servers gave you the number of connections you purchased plus 2 additional sessions (which you would have without Tsplus) if I remember correctly.

Hi,
I am still having problems with server 2012
I've tried the following:
1. Disable Automatic Windows Updates.
2. Uninstall Windows Update KB 2973501
3. Restart
4. Install compatability update
5. Restart.
I can still only get 2 concurrent sessions.
Running TSPlus V6.70.11.3
