Terminal Service Plus

I log into my license generating account, fill in all the blanks but nothing happens when I try to click Generate. Tried with Windows 7, Windows XP, IE, Chrome, Firefox. Also tried trial and permanent.

I am interested in this as well as it seems that universalprintdriver.exe is crashing and causing other programs to crash. If I remove how would I reinstall?

Can I have TS Plus working on a server at the same time as I have Microsoft's RDS on the server? If so how? If not, and I want TS Plus but don't care about RDS, how do I disable/get rid of RDS?
