Are there instructions on using Apache instead of the built-in HTTP server? I have tried the same principals as with the IIS instructions, but I am not having any luck. The built-in HTTP server continues to be enabled.

We use a different option for printing and I would like to remove the ability to use the universal printer. We generate a connection client using TSPlus. Is there a way to remove that option for the end-user?

On a remote desktop connection, one of the parameters that can be set is keyboardhook:i:<value>. Does TSPlus have an equivalent to this when creating and executable with the portable client generator? We are using a peripheral that requires this change.
