I have exactly the same problem and your reply is not satisfactory.
This was not an issue with earlier version of TsPlus. Today I am trialling the new version.
You are suggesting I ask my clients to re-install the Windows Operating system ??

I am not impressed with the file transfer process. First it comes up with "Please use a generated client (6.4) etc. Even thought that's how I accessed the File Transfer in the 1st place.
