webserver logfiles for login attempts

Post by kmuc » Fri Dec 28, 2018 9:11 pm

Hi there,

we need a possibility to log all login attempts (successful and not) with username and source ip adress.
Does tsplus provide s.th. like that?
I cant find anything simular in the tsplus installation directories.

Hello,

We developed an add on for this purpose that allows you to monitor precisely who does what and when on your TSplus server.

This software is called Server Genius, which provides a various set of log of all activities on the server, creating comprehensive charts and can send alerts if CPU or memory is too high.

Find out more here : https://www.terminalserviceplus.com/server-genius.php

In our case running Windows Server 2016 in the AWS Cloud, Server Genius put a constant 30% load on the CPU and we had to stop using it.

Hello, have you managed to get the logs without consuming too much CPU on AWS?

I am thinking of migrating to AWS, but this can be a problem.

Thank you!!

Hello,

Could you create a support ticket and provide us an access to your server so that we can help you diagnose this performance issue ?
