This feature is kept activated by default when installing TSplus and is dependent of the Aero service. (Desktop Window Manager Session Manager service)

Hello,
We have study for you this point.
Currently we do not support it as a default setting.
However we succeed to turn it on using a Windows tweaker downloaded from the web.
So, it is most probably just a matter of some registry to create or to change.
We will add it to our wish list for the future release.
