Windows 7 style, aero with seamless client

Post by FRummel » Fri Jun 26, 2015 1:15 pm

Is it possible to get the same style for a seamless clients program and a local running programs?
And what is the step by step to do it?

Hello,

I do not understand the question.

I recommend you to watch this video to get you started with TSplus : http: //www.terminalserviceplus.com/videos/star ... lution.php

You will find here a documentation on how to publish new applications : http: //www.terminalserviceplus.com/docs/application-publishing

And how to assign these applications to users : http: //www.terminalserviceplus.com/docs/assign ... -or-groups

Lets give it a new try,

Whe have several programs in our office, when they are running from a local workstation, programs have the look and feeling from the installed OS manifest. In windows7 this is the Aero look and the red cross for terminating the program and much more that are OS dependent.

When we are running the same programs remote via TSplus they all have the same look from the old OS Win2000.
Yes Terminal Server in Windows behave the same way. Is there a way to get another behaviour from TSplus? Any settings saying that if we are running TSplus from a Win7 "Server" every program look and feels likes they are running on av Win7 desktop?

Hello,

We do not plan on supporting Aero theme anytime soon for a simple reason : it adds lots of instability and graphical bugs. It also adds significant bandwidth usage and was partially responsible for the flickering of many applications. This is why this service is always turned off at each logon.
