We installed the trial version of TSplus and adjusted it according to the client's needs. After testing, we found that the "Remote Desktop" client is operational, while the "RemoteAPP" is stuck in "Configuring remote session". If we click on Show Details, the published application will be displayed.
- Server version: Windows 2019 Standard Essentials / Build 17763.4010
- Workstation: Windows 10 Pro
- TSplus: 16.0.2.14

Please update to the lastest release and try again, make sure you have filled in the domain field with the domain or hostname.
If this issue still persist, activate the following logs and send them to us by opening a support ticket.
On client side
Activate the logs on the client side by creating the REG-SZ registry value HKEY-LOCAL-MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Digital River\ConnectionClient\Debug with the value true.
Reproduce the issue.
Retrieve the logs located in C:\Users\<Username>\RDP6\logs (per user installation) or in C:\Program Files (x86) \connection client\RDP6\logs (global installation)
